As 2021 draws to a close it seems like it is a great time to look back at this crazy year and what it brought to our business. As you probably know we moved to our new premisses at the end of 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. We took a calculated decision, believing in our business and our team and we did not regret it even for one moment.
Our new office and warehouse facilities in Aylesbury allowed us to substantially increase the range of post boxes and parcel boxes we can now offer to our clients. Especially with communal letterboxes, this has been a key factor and has allowed us to start assembling an Italian made range of Modular 270 communal post boxes, offering our customers much quicker lead times and a product with real Italian design flare. We are now in the process of introducing our second range- Tocco Di Italia Curve.
Another year and another Customer Service Award from Feefo. Once again Platinum, for exceptional customer service across the years. I am especially proud of this award; it’s based on real customers’ reviews and feedback. We hear you and we promise to continue to do the best we can to help you.
In the second half of this year, we brought on board another supplier- Allux from Denmark. As soon as we looked at their wall mounted post boxes and parcel boxes, we knew we had found the perfect partner who, like us, believes that superior quality and design are the most important selling points. The first samples of Allux products landed in our warehouse in autumn and we should have the full range in our Buckinghamshire base in the first quarter of 2022.
There are some exciting things planned for the new year. We will be expanding our team further; we are already on the look out to find some talented people who share our core values and want to make a real difference in whatever they are doing. We are also working on several new products within our ranges. So, you can expect a new parcel box in the first quarter, new wall mounted communal post boxes and more. We feel that these new products will contribute greatly to the growth of Letterbox4you, and 2022 will be another great chapter in the life of our company.
I would like to say thank you to all our customers, you are all equally important to us whether you purchased one letterbox or two hundred of them this year. Our success is your success! And finally, a big well done to our team. Their contribution and continuous strive for perfection made it all possible.
