Fair Employment
Each member of the team contributes to our success and as such they are treated with respect. This means fair wages, recognition and good working conditions. In addition, we select European letterbox manufacturers who share our standards for quality products and employee rights. This means we can guarantee that no worker is exploited in the production of our letterboxes.
Local Initiatives
Each year, we get involved in local initiatives. Although these are humble contributions, we believe it is important to play a part in supporting our community.
This has included:
- Sponsoring The Good Nurse Award in the Bucks Health & Social Care Awards 2021
- Sponsoring one of the Wing Raiders Belles, girl’s football teams
- Sponsoring the Wickes Store v Head Office fundraising football match in 2024 for The Brain Tumour Charity
Corporate Supporter
We selected Youth Concern as the local charity to support. This independent organisation provides practical and emotional support to young people aged 13-25 years across Aylesbury Vale. As a funder, we help them to provide a safe space and access to services for young people who may face more than their fair share of life challenges.
Local Suppliers
Whenever possible, we seek out local suppliers. From our packaging company to outsourced business services, we see a social and environmental value in strengthening the local economy.
