We take great care when packaging your order before it is sent to you and most of our orders are sent with a trackable courier service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse when they have your parcel ready for dispatch. To track your order, enter the tracking number that we provide in the box below. Then you’ll receive up-to-date information on the expected delivery date and time. This service also enables you to request changes to your delivery or let the courier know a safe place for the delivery to be left if you are out.
Please note that some smaller items are dispatched with Royal Mail and are not trackable. Larger pallet deliveries are shipped via a logistics network that will be in contact regarding your delivery.
