Description
Suitable for domestic and commercial premises, the LFD-041 Nero Black is a secure, through the wall letterbox, combined with an appealing cast aluminium front plate. It can be fitted into the entrance of a property or installed in a double brick boundary wall or post.
Designed and manufactured in Europe, this rain and rust-resistant mailbox is suitable for outdoor use. As a measure of quality, it is supplied with a 2-year warranty.
LFD-041 Nero is made up of separate parts; the hold, the letter chute and the front plate. The letter chute is adjustable; the telescopic design ensures a good fit with the wall thickness.
Please note, when fitting, the front side shouldn’t be flush with the wall; allow a small protrusion. The Nero front plate has a raised rectangle on the reverse side and this fits over the extended rim of the letter chute, before being secured in position. Once all elements are in place, we recommend sealing the wall and post box joins, on both sides, to ensure full weather resistance.
The Nero front letter plate forms a stylish opening for mail delivery, up to A4 in size without bending. The open flap makes delivery easy and yet a cover prevents rain ingress. Once posted, all mail will slide down the chute and into the hold. Your mail will be held securely until you unlock the cylinder lock to open the rear of the hold.
