Letterbox4you Wins Feefo Gold Service Award

Letterbox4you has been awarded the Feefo Gold Service Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional customer experiences, as rated by real customers.

Created by Feefo, the Trusted Service Award is given exclusively to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews.
It is awarded based on the number of reviews collected and the average rating, making it a unique badge of honour that reflects a company’s commitment to outstanding service.
Since all reviews are verified as genuine, this accreditation is a true reflection of customer satisfaction.

Letterbox4you met the strict criteria by collecting at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2017 and 31st December 2017, achieving a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
